Our service begins with transfer to the departure base on the day of the flight. A comfortable 4×4 vehicle will be ready to meet you at your residence early in the morning. The journey to your hot air balloon will cross sections of runways that will take you to the magical adventure ahead.
Once you arrive, you will be greeted with a delicious Moroccan tea and meet your young and knowledgeable security guide. He will be your personal guide to make you feel comfortable and provide you with all the safety information before the flight. Get ready for a 40-60 minute flight, during which you can admire breathtaking scenery and enjoy the feeling of freedom as you gently float through the clouds.
You can rest assured because ballooning is extremely safe. There are no motors on board, only wind and hot air to move, so there is no risk of mechanical failure. Our home base is located in an area with particularly favorable aerological conditions. Protected by rolling hills and characterized by a light morning breeze, you will enjoy a unique experience. With only 5-6 rainy days per year, you will have the opportunity to fly for as many as 350 days, making it the best location in the world for this incredible activity.
And don’t worry about dizziness! Flying in a hot air balloon is a gentle and peaceful feeling. There is no connection to the ground, you feel totally safe and can simply enjoy the experience, whether it is a shared flight or a flight with breakfast served on board. It is an exceptional hour to spend together, creating precious memories that will remain in your heart forever.
After landing, you will be retrieved in our 4×4 vehicle and have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious Berber breakfast. You will be welcomed under a traditional tent, where a village woman will have prepared an authentic Berber breakfast for you. You will also receive a flight certificate as a memento of this extraordinary experience.
At the end of the flight, you will have the opportunity to visit our store to take home a small souvenir of this special moment. Our goal is to offer you experiences to share rather than material goods, because we believe that moments spent together are the most valuable
Useful information
- A minimum of 2 participants is required for this activity
- Minimum age allowed: from 5 years old
- Once the reservation is confirmed, if your accommodation is near Marrakech, costs are added
- Hot air balloon flights are weather dependent, if weather conditions do not allow a landing on the day of the flight, we will reschedule it to a later date (usually the next day)
Therefore, on rare occasions, flights are canceled at the last minute, sometimes just before departure. We do not compromise when it comes to your safety - If for weather or safety reasons you cannot take the flight, we will refund the full amount
- Reservation: to request information or book one of our activities, please click the “Book” button and fill out the form with your personal information. As soon as we receive your request, our team will endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible
- Payment: payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. After you make your travel arrangements, we will send you all the information you need to make your payment via the method of your choice
- Confirmation of reservation: once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to determine the exact location and date of the meeting. You will receive an official booking confirmation that will include full details of your tour and meeting instructions
- Cancellation: cancellation can be refunded only if made at least 48 hours before the date of the appointment. Please note that any cancellation requests received after this deadline may not be refunded
- Optional products and services: the reservation amount does not include optional products or services ordered locally. Any additional requests or extra services must be agreed upon and paid for separately
- Absence: in case of non-attendance at the agreed appointment, no refund will be made and 100% of the total booking amount will be retained
