The main difference between a shared tour and a private tour is that in the private tour you will not share the experience with other travelers. The rooms and tents will be private in both options. Private tours guarantee departure once your reservation is confirmed.Shared tours require a minimum number of participants, usually at least 4 people, to depart. In case the minimum number is not reached, you have the option to cancel free of charge or continue the tour as a private tour.

A driver/guide is the person who will accompany you throughout the trip. They will be responsible for driving and providing information about Morocco’s attractions and culture along the way.On the other hand, a local guide is a person licensed by the Ministry of Tourism who will introduce you to the rich local heritage of the city you are in. Local guides have in-depth knowledge of the history, culture, and specific places of interest in the region.

All accommodations used in the tour, including the camp in the Sahara Desert, are of a high standard. After your reservation is confirmed, we will directly notify you of available accommodations based on their availability.

No, you can freely choose your preferred arrival time. Our driver will be available to pick you up at any time. Just provide us with your flight details in advance and we will arrange the transfer according to your needs.

Booking and cancellation terms

To book one of our tours, please click the “Book” button and fill out the form with your personal information. We will receive your request and our team will endeavor to respond to you as soon as possible.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. After you have made your travel arrangements, we will send you all the information you need to make payment through your preferred payment method.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to determine the exact location and date of the meeting. You will receive an official booking confirmation that will include all the details of your tour and meeting instructions.

Cancellation can be refunded only if made at least 48 hours before the date of the appointment. Please note that any cancellation requests received after this deadline may not be refunded.

In case of non-attendance at the agreed upon appointment, no refund will be made and 100% of the total booking amount will be retained. We advise you to notify us promptly of any changes in schedule or inability to attend.

No, the reservation amount does not include optional products or services ordered locally. Any additional requests or extra services must be agreed upon and paid for separately.
