From Fes to the Moroccan desert

The second step of our journey is devoted to exploring life in the Erg Chebbi desert.

After a delicious breakfast, you will set off to explore the picturesque villages and fascinating oases of the Merzouga region.
You will have the opportunity to visit the tents of local nomads, explore the old Mifis mines, and immerse yourself in the culture of Gnawa villages.

Along the way, you will have the opportunity to cross pedestrian bridges reminiscent of the famous Paris-Dakar and explore various desert plateaus, such as the striking Black Desert, a salt lake, and a dry river.

After a tasty lunch, you will return to your hotel to begin an unforgettable camelback adventure as you soak in the beautiful desert sunset.

The night will be magical, spent in a nomadic tent, surrounded by Berber songs and under a starry sky that will give you the spectacle of shooting stars.

After a tasty breakfast, we will prepare for the next leg of the journey. We will make a photo stop at the picturesque old irrigation system of Jorf, with its striking cliffs, and continue slowly to Imilchil through Tinghir.

Along the way, we will stop at the enchanting oasis of Touroug in Tinejdad and delight in a lunch in Todra.

After a short walk through spectacular canyons, we will cross beautiful gorges and visit charming Berber villages.

We will arrive in Imilchil in the evening, where we will spend the night in a comfortable hotel, enjoying a delicious dinner.

After a blissful breakfast, we will start the day by heading to Fez, passing beautiful places along the way.

We will make a photo stop at the Oum Rabii springs, admiring their natural beauty, and continue our adventure toward Meknes.

In the middle of the day, we will stop for lunch at a typical Moroccan restaurant near the old medina.

After a tasty breakfast, we will have the opportunity to visit the fascinating Roman ruins of Volubilis, an important archaeological site.

Finally, we will arrive in Fez late in the evening, thus completing our service.

• Cancellation: cancellation can be refunded only if made at least 48 hours before the date of the appointment. Please note that any cancellation requests received after this deadline may not be refunded
• Optional products and services: the reservation amount does not include optional products or services ordered locally. Any additional requests or extra services must be agreed upon and paid for separately
• Absence: in case of non-attendance at the agreed appointment, no refund will be made and 100% of the total booking amount will be retained
